About Eden FM

Eden FM is a community radio station that began as an initiative by community leaders and business people in George, Oudtshoorn, and Mossel Bay. Established in 2003, it serves the Garden Route District and is the largest community radio station in the Western Cape Province. The station broadcasts in English, Afrikaans, and isiXhosa, reaching a district population of over 857,000 people across seven municipalities. It offers a mix of news, community stories, and golden hits, along with informative, educational, and entertaining content that champions community development and local talent.
